These end of summer strawberry popsicles are a treat. Not only are they healthy and simple to make, but they are also vegan friendly! They taste good and are made with clean ingredients you can feel good about.

Cool off on the final days of summer and enjoy ice cream and frozen treats around the city where you can! Make the best of these last days of summer with healthy treats!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 1 kiwi, diced
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Directions

First slice strawberries and freeze. Next, combine frozen strawberries, coconut milk, maple syrup, and lime juice in a blender. Blend until smooth. Fill your popsicle molds with the liquid. Slice kiwis and place them into the liquid. Top popsicle molds with toppers and place in the freezer. Lastly, freeze overnight. Enjoy!
