ABQ Gem and Mineral Club – Cherry Hills Library

Learn more about gems and minerals from members of the Albuquerque Gem and Mineral Club (AGMC). The AGMC is a 501(c)3 non-profit charitable organization dedicated to the advancement and enjoyment of the Earth Sciences and associated subjects. They are interested in furthering and sharing this knowledge. We encourage patrons to bring in any rocks you would like identified!

Featured activities: rock identification, faceting demonstration, and cabochon demonstration. Children accompanied by an adult will get a chance to explore the “rock pit.”
